Update 4/26/2013

People Magazine/Getty

Some additional details have come out about Kate's dress per People Magazine.

The pale blue silk blend, full skirted summer dress was a custom creation based on a dress in the current spring/summer collection from Emilia Wickstead.

The original is called the CZ dress, and it comes from a collection inspired by Truman Capote's "society swans" – one of whom was CZ Guest. Although now sold out, it originally sold for $1500, but the bespoke version costs an extra $300, so Kate would have spent around $1,800.
